Join us for another fun day in Roscoe Village! We anticipate over 30 sales featuring a wide variety of great finds.

Boundaries
You may register as a host if your address is within the following boundaries: Addison (North), Belmont (South), the Chicago River (West), and Ravenswood (East).
What to Sell
You can sell items or offer items for free. We encourage you to partner with neighbors to make it a block event! Only the specific address listed on the map needs to register. If you do not have a garage, you are welcome to host your sale in a yard or other private space; please indicate your setup location when registering.
Fee
The participation fee is $20. This covers the cost of maps, advertising, and city permits, while supporting our community.
Donation Partners
Wondering what to do with unsold treasures at the end of the day? This year, RVN is partnering with two wonderful charities: Cradles to Crayons and Digs With Dignity. Registered participants will receive drop-off information, and RVN will coordinate transporting the donations to these organizations.
Permits & Registration
RVN will coordinate with the Alderman’s office to obtain all necessary permits. To be included on the official map and covered by our group permit, you must register by the deadline of May 31.
